1. Automated Terminal Intelligent Equipment Supply Project

Lovol Heavy Industries provides customized FL955K loaders and FR350F excavators for Shandong Port Automation Terminal, specifically designed to meet the operational needs of "intelligent and efficient" terminals.

Regarding the working conditions of container loading and unloading, bulk cargo transportation, and other operations at the port, Lovol Heavy Industries has carried out three core upgrades to its equipment:


Install laser radar and visual recognition system to achieve automatic material positioning, with operational accuracy error controlled within 5cm;

Develop a remote control platform where operators can complete equipment start stop and operation path planning in the central control room. A single person can monitor three devices simultaneously;

Optimize the cooling system and adopt a dual circuit cooling design to ensure that the equipment can operate continuously for 24 hours without faults in high temperature environments during summer.

2. "the Belt and Road" Asia Pacific Infrastructure Logistics Supporting Project

Since 2019, Lovol Heavy Industries and Shandong Port Group have jointly promoted the "the Belt and Road" Asia Pacific infrastructure logistics supporting project, focused on infrastructure needs in Southeast Asia, South Asia and other regions, and built a full chain service system of "production transportation delivery after-sales". As of the end of 2024, the project has shipped over 1200 units of Lovol engineering machinery through Shandong ports, covering 23 infrastructure projects in 11 countries.

3. Demonstration project of green energy equipment

In August 2025, Lovol Heavy Industries teamed up with Shandong Port to launch the "Green Energy Equipment Demonstration Project". Lovol Heavy Industries has delivered several FL960-E electric loaders in bulk to the port, contributing to the construction of a green port.
